Stratford Pony Club Membership
To become a member of Stratford Pony Club please download our membership form and send it in to our treasurer along with your membership fees for the season.
2020/21 Membership Fees ~
Riding Member - $90.00 (all riding members under the age of 18 must have an adult join)
Adult Member - $30.00
Family Membership - $220.00 (Three under 24 years riding memberships and one adult membership)
There is a minimum age of 4 and maximum age for Pony Club competitors of 24, after this age you can still attend as a riding member and gain certificates through horsemasters adult riding membership.

NZPCA Casual Memberships
NZPCA Casual Membership forms must be filled out and returned to the secretary/event organiser for those who are not NZPCA members to attend Pony Club activities or events.
NZPCA Membership Regulations Section 5.5 - Application for membership as a Casual Member
"Any person, who is not otherwise a Riding Member or Adult Member, who wishes to participate in Limited Pony Club Events and Activities for the period of the Limited Pony Club Event or Activity and/or while present at the venue where the Limited Pony Club Event or Activity is being held must apply to a Branch or a Club (if the Club has no Branches) where the Limited Pony Club Event or Activity is taking place to be a Casual Member by completing the Agreement for Casual Members. If the applicant is under 18 years of age the parent/guardian/caregiver of the applicant must consent to the applicant’s application for membership, and, if not already a Member, the parent/guardian/caregiver must also complete the Agreement for Members who are a Person Responsible for a Horse."

NZPCA Perpetual Memberships
Perpetual Membership is an Endowment Fund for the Association with the interest only to be used.
It was founded in 1973 by the late Mr Charles Levin, QSM, a former Association Treasurer, President and Patron.
The original target was to establish a fund of $10,000.00. This has been surpassed by $8,000.00 and a new target of $20,000.00 has been set to be achieved by the year 2015.
To become a Perpetual Member:
Complete the form and send to the address on the form along with a fee of $22.50.
On receipt of the form and payment, a specially minted 'Perpetual Membership Badge' will be forwarded.
(Note - Areas, Clubs and Branches - this may be a practical way of rewarding your volunteers and helpers.)
